The Warehouse is a new non-profit community project designed to empower members to take charge over their physical and mental wellbeing through a range of self-defence and wellness courses.

We have partnered with some of the UK’s leading trainers and charities - so come along and try one of our classes today.


Muay Thai

Muay Thai or Thai Kick Boxing is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is sometimes referred to as the ‘art of eight limbs’ as you use your fists, elbows, knees and shins to form one of the most effective and powerful martial arts in the world.


Boxing is one of the oldest and most efficient combat sports. You use footwork, balance, strategy, head movement, defensive skills and an array of punches to hit someone.

Boxing provides an array of fantastic benefits including; enhanced balance and coordination, increased muscle mass, improved stamina, and reduced stress.


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes revolve around grappling and ground fighting. Central to this discipline is the belief that a smaller, weaker person can defeat a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage, grip, knowledge, tactical skills and problem solving.

Established by a group of Jewish young professionals, The Warehouse is a non-profit charity project for London’s Jewish community. As we strongly believe in the use of MMA and Mental Wellbeing training to enhance the collective and individual resilience of the community, we have subsidised the cost of all MMA and Mental Wellbeing sessions held at The Warehouse.

We aim to ensure that our work is accessible to as many individuals in the community as can be.
