Easy Peasy Flat Bread
Simply.Pea's NO YEAST flat bread recipe is vegan and parev
This NO YEAST flat bread recipe is fabulous and is inspired by @recipe_tin. I have made some substitutions to make it vegan (and parev!).
In a bowl mix together
2 Cups Plain Flour
3 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (Butter)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
185 mls/ 3/4 Cup Oatly Milk (or regular)
Knead for 2 my until smooth (if sticky add a little more flour).
Rest covered for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 4.
Roll out 1/8th inch thick.
Drizzle a little Olive Oil in a frying pan (can add a little crushed garlic in too for a garlic bread version) and on a medium heat fry for 1.5 minutes either side until you get some lovely golden brown spots.
Place on a plate and cover with a tea towel until ready to eat to keep super soft.
