Healthwatch Long-COVID survey

Healthwatch are looking to understand the experiences of people suffering from Long-COVID in Barnet. The findings will be shared with healthcare providers and the NCL CCG to help inform their on-going response locally and shape the available support. You can fill in the survey here.
