Chabad Lubavitch UK Ukraine Refugee Support

Supporting Ukrainian Refugees in the UK

Chabad Lubavitch UK, with nearly 150 Chabad Houses across the country are preparing for the arrival of many Jewish Ukrainian refugees. We also have the largest network in Ukraine with nearly 200 Chabad Rabbis and are constantly in touch with them and assisting them in their efforts of evacuating people from Ukraine. These Rabbis and community leaders know or know of many of the refugees so the necessary checks have been made.

If you are able to assist the refugees when they arrive either by means of hosting them or by other volunteering positions please fill out this form.

The Government’s scheme with regards to refugees means each household housing a refugee will be offered £350 a month, tax-free.
They will not be expected to provide food and living expenses but can choose to offer this.
People who wish to offer a rent-free space in their home or a separate residence and or volunteer in any capacity, should fill out this form and we will try and match them up with the refugees.

We are also looking for people to help with meals, adminstration, childcare, education, interpreting and transport
